Thank you for your time and consideration concerning these issues. We certainly didn't drive 16hrs for that experience or plan on wasting that much money. Please remedy this so I can at least have piece of mind that this company is decent and realizes how absolutely horrible of a vacation they created for a family. I couldn't spend another hour or whatever trying to sort that out and my patience had reached its threshold. We were charged for breakfast for both mornings when I specifically asked if breakfast was included and the answer was "yes". Over $200 in bell service tips b/c of all the run around. Another fee added to our trip that was unnecessary. We were running around the whole time trying to sort issues out or calling bell service to move all our stuff all over the place. Very unfortunate I left feeling like I had no quality time with my family. Day three was a relief to finally be leaving. Needless to say, we never did get the reservation we booked. Exhausted from the day we were excited to enter our room and finally have somewhere to relax, since we had no room all day.
Finally, 6:00 we get the text that the correct room we booked was ready for us. Once again I had to spend more time at the service desk (away from my family during our expensive "resort" vaca) just to run into the same problem again.no room for us. Our new (and correct) room was supposed to be expedited for us which did not happen.

This was the one full day we had at the resort and really wanted to make the most of the time that day. Once it was supposed to be sorted out, so much time had passed we were unable to go to the waterpark b/c it was closing. Day one we received the wrong room and wasted hours on trying to get it sorted out. We would like a full refund based on the facts below. We were not able to enjoy our family time together and the trip was the most stressful vacationing experience I have ever had. However, I had a long time to think about our experience on our 9hr drive home and came to the conclusion that the minimal discount we received does not suffice. We received a discount do to the repeated issues. The entire trip was nothing but one problem after the other.
